Senior Internal Auditor – SOX Compliance (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Internal Auditor with strong SOX expertise to join our Manila office. The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week on‑site in Quezon City, and supports audit projects across financial, operational, and compliance domains for our global business units.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end audit engagements, from planning through reporting, for financial, operational and SOX compliance audits.
• Evaluate internal controls using recognized frameworks such as COSO and COBIT.
• Identify risk exposures, recommend practical improvements, and prepare audit documentation, workpapers, findings and formal reports.
• Partner with global business units to assess risks, support annual risk assessment and audit planning, and strengthen governance processes.
• Mentor junior auditors, contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives, and assist in defining audit methodologies aligned with professional standards.
• Travel up to 50% of the time, including international trips, as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Professional certification: CPA or CA required; CIA preferred.
• 4–6 years of progressive internal audit experience, including leading audits and SOX compliance work.
• Experience in a global manufacturing or multinational environment is a plus.
