Senior HR Business Partner Manager – Philippines

About the role

The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) will support the people function of a new financial services venture within Advance Intelligence Group. Reporting to senior leadership, the HRBP will act as a trusted advisor, aligning people strategies with business objectives and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that drive business performance.
• Provide consulting on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management and employee relations.
• Ensure HR policies, practices and frameworks comply with Philippine labor law, BSP and SEC regulations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards and HR Operations to deliver integrated people solutions.
• Proactively identify and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a high‑trust, high‑performance culture.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to generate insights that inform talent decisions.
• Communicate policy changes and regulatory updates to managers and employees.
• Support succession planning, capability building and team effectiveness initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HRBP or generalist role.
• Prior experience in fintech, financial services or a BSP/SEC‑regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations and statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG, BIR).
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, high‑growth startup environment.

Required skills

• Working familiarity with BSP and SEC regulations as they relate to HR.
• Understanding of Philippine labor and statutory compliance requirements.
