Senior Full Stack Developer – Next.js, React, TypeScript

About the role

IDR is looking for a hands‑on Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and enhance production web applications. You will work across the frontend, backend, and database layers using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL, delivering reliable, high‑performance software for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full‑stack applications with Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Design backend logic, RESTful APIs, and relational database schemas.
• Write efficient SQL queries and manage PostgreSQL databases.
• Create reusable, clean UI components and ensure proper state management.
• Participate in technical design discussions and make pragmatic architecture decisions.
• Implement automated tests, follow TDD or test‑first practices, and conduct code reviews.
• Debug production issues across all layers and improve engineering quality standards.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and business teams to translate requirements into reliable software.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong production experience with React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Deep knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL (or comparable relational DB).
• Proven ability to design relational schemas and write performant queries.
• Experience building and consuming APIs.
• Comfortable working in and incrementally improving an existing codebase.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical trade‑offs.
