Senior Flutter Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Flutter Engineer to lead the migration of our native iOS and Android applications to a unified Flutter framework. You will play a pivotal role in modernising our mobile development process and ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the migration of existing native apps to a single Flutter codebase.
• Architect and implement high‑performance cross‑platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Dart code following best practices.
• Continuously optimise app performance, including rendering, memory usage, and network requests.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver pixel‑perfect interfaces.
• Mentor junior developers and foster knowledge sharing.
• Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on mobile app development experience with a strong focus on Flutter and Dart.
• Deep understanding of Flutter core concepts and state‑management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, or BLoC.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs and familiarity with native iOS and Android development.
• Proven ability to optimise performance and solve complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
