Senior Finance Analyst

About the role

Acquire BPO, the Philippine service provider for RingCentral, is hiring a Senior Finance Analyst in Manila. The analyst supports financial forecasting, planning, reporting and analysis for the go-to-market organization, working closely with the CFO and senior executives. The role involves managing customer acquisition and retention expenses, partnering with GTM and sales teams, and driving automation of financial models using AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer acquisition and retention expenses across business units, setting budgets with business leaders and Accounting and reporting monthly expenses
• Partner with GTM and/or sales organizations on strategic growth decisions
• Analyze and report financial results and key metrics, assessing current and future business risk
• Perform analysis on complex data sets for senior leadership
• Support executive reporting and drive automation, using AI tools to streamline manual Excel-based processes
• Build and automate Direct & Channel commission models, linking Opex to revenue; no Anaplan or Sigma experience required
• Validate assumptions and refine logic with Sales Ops to strengthen model accuracy and alignment with forecasted sales

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience, ideally in a high-growth technology, software or SaaS environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Willingness to work night shifts (8am - 5pm PST)

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with FP&A systems such as Anaplan, NetSuite, Tableau or Coupa
• Desired: financial reporting and budgeting analysis, including in-period expense pacing
• Strong analytical, project management, communication and collaboration skills
