Senior Finance Analyst

About the role

Acquire BPO, the Philippine service provider for RingCentral, is hiring a Senior Finance Analyst in Manila. The analyst supports financial forecasting, planning, reporting and analysis for the go-to-market organization, working closely with the CFO and senior executives. The role involves managing customer acquisition and retention expenses and partnering with GTM and sales teams on growth decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer acquisition and retention expenses for various business units, partnering with business leaders and Accounting to set budgets and report monthly expenses
• Partner with GTM and/or sales organizations on strategic growth decisions
• Analyze and report on financial results and key metrics, synthesizing trends and assessing current and future business risk
• Perform analysis on complex data sets for senior company leadership
• Explore the use of AI tools to improve work efficiency and forecast accuracy

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience, ideally in a high-growth technology, software or SaaS environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Desired: experience owning financial reporting and budgeting analysis, including in-period expense pacing
• Willingness to work night shifts (8am - 5pm PST)

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with FP&A systems such as Anaplan, NetSuite, Tableau or Coupa
• Strong analytical and process-oriented skills, project management and organizational skills
• Clear communication in writing, presentations and verbally, and ability to work independently and collaborate across departments
