Senior Finance Analyst (Inventory)

About the role

Analog Devices is hiring a Senior Finance Analyst (P3) for its manufacturing site in Cavite, Philippines. The role ensures inventory is accurately valued, properly accounted for and compliant with internal controls and external reporting requirements. It works closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Finance, Cost Accounting, IT and Site Controllers, and acts as a subject matter expert for inventory accounting, valuation, cycle count governance, Book-to-Physical reporting, inventory reserves and SOX compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform month-end and quarter-end inventory accounting, review and analyse inventory balances across raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods, and prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations
• Run subledger-to-GL reconciliations, analyse inventory results and explain period-over-period movements
• Execute and document inventory-related SOX controls, maintain audit-ready support, drive remediation of control deficiencies and ensure compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards
• Monitor Book-to-Physical results, coordinate with Standard Costing, IT and Operations on variances, identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
• Develop and maintain inventory reports, dashboards and KPIs, and drive reporting improvements using Power BI and Excel
• Support process improvement initiatives and SAP and systems transformation projects affecting inventory accounting

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 4+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
• Strong inventory accounting, cost accounting or manufacturing finance experience
• Semiconductor or manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Experience supporting audits and SOX control environments
