Senior Director, Order to Cash (B2B Collections)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Director to lead our Order to Cash (O2C) function for B2B collections in Taguig City. The role will oversee the full AR lifecycle, driving cash flow and ensuring compliance within a high‑volume BPO environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end O2C processes, including invoicing, credit, collections, and dispute resolution.
• Lead and develop a team of collection specialists to meet performance targets.
• Monitor and improve cash‑flow metrics, aging reports, and collection efficiency.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations to align collection strategies with business goals.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policy requirements.

Required profile

• Seasoned BPO operations leader with extensive experience in B2B collections and accounts receivable.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement.
