Senior Director, Account to Report – Global Orthopaedics

About the role

Johnson & Johnson Global Services is seeking a senior leader to head the Account to Report (A2R) function for its Orthopaedics business worldwide. Based in Manila, the role will guide strategy, vision, and execution of finance processes across all regions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver the global A2R strategy for Johnson & Johnson Orthopaedics.
• Lead a diverse team of direct and indirect reports located in Colombia, the Philippines, and supported by third‑party BPO providers.
• Collaborate with Process Leads, Global partners, and the Global Process Owner to evolve and simplify finance processes.
• Build a positive, inclusive culture that attracts, develops, and retains high‑performing talent.
• Drive standardisation and simplification of accounting and reporting processes across Asia Pacific, EMEA, Latin America and North America.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Account to Report or finance functions in a global organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams across multiple geographic locations.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes within a large, diversified business.
