Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead cloud‑native initiatives, design secure and scalable architectures, and drive automation across the software delivery lifecycle. The position is fully remote, with a focus on Microsoft Azure environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end DevOps initiatives covering infrastructure, automation, and application delivery.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and cost‑effective Azure architectures.
• Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Develop Infrastructure‑as‑Code solutions with Terraform and Bicep.
• Manage containerised workloads on Docker and Kubernetes (AKS/EKS).
• Implement monitoring and observability with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana, and Kibana.
• Automate workflows using PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
• Lead cloud modernisation and migration projects.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking, and deployment issues.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional DevOps experience, including at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Strong background with Microsoft Azure and cloud‑native environments.
• Proven experience designing and operating large‑scale, resilient systems.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
