Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

Finastra is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join its Financial Messaging team in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. You will help modernise the Payments solution by building resilient infrastructure, automating deployment pipelines and ensuring operational excellence for mission‑critical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
• Manage containerised workloads on Kubernetes clusters, guaranteeing high availability and performance.
• Automate provisioning and configuration with Ansible, Bash and Python scripts.
• Administer Red Hat Enterprise Linux, VMware vSphere and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) in hybrid architectures.
• Deploy and maintain monitoring, logging and alerting stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Splunk and Zabbix.
• Integrate security tools (Aqua Security, Arnica) for vulnerability scanning and policy enforcement.
• Configure web servers and reverse proxies (Apache HTTPD, NGINX) and manage networking components including DNS, load balancers, firewalls and VPNs.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to drive automation, reliability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in DevOps, SRE or systems engineering roles.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and clear communication in English.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams.
