Senior Counsel – Hybrid Legal Role

About the role

CohnReznick Philippines is seeking an experienced Senior Counsel to support the US‑based CohnReznick Advisory LLC Legal Department. This hybrid position blends strategic legal work with practical business collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Review and negotiate client and vendor agreements, including master service, engagement, NDA, business associate, and data processing agreements.
• Identify risk considerations and exposures, providing clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with US legal team members on day‑to‑day matters and project work.
• Balance legal requirements with business needs to deliver pragmatic solutions.
• Assist with subpoenas, potential litigation, and M&A support as needed.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of relevant legal experience.
• Prior experience supporting a US‑based professional services firm and familiarity with US legal concepts (strongly preferred).
• Law firm or in‑house experience preferred.
• Juris Doctor degree from a Philippines‑accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the Philippines.
