Senior Controlling Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Controlling Analyst to support our finance team in preparing and submitting regulatory survey questionnaires for US and Canadian government agencies. The role bridges financial reporting with non‑financial data collection, ensuring accurate and timely information for a variety of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and translate company financial statements into the terminology required for government survey questionnaires.
• Collaborate with controllers and accounting partners to prepare P&L work‑papers and other financial inputs.
• Gather, compile, and consolidate non‑financial data such as headcount, shareholding, patents, and import/export figures.
• Conduct walkthroughs of preparation work‑papers for stakeholder approval and sign‑off.
• Submit completed questionnaires through official government portals.
• Respond promptly to queries on both financial and non‑financial topics.

Required profile

• Thorough knowledge of financial statements and related terminology.
• Strong business networking skills, especially with subject‑matter experts outside finance.
• Ability to manage multiple deadline‑driven tasks simultaneously.
