Senior Consultant – Digital Transformation

About the role

As a Senior Consultant in Digital Transformation you will partner with clients to design and implement innovative solutions that improve business agility, operational efficiency and customer experience. You will work across front‑office and back‑office functions, leveraging emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Agentic Automation, Hyperautomation and Cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end digital transformation engagements across multiple industries, focusing on customer experience, process optimisation and technology enablement.
• Conduct assessments, develop transformation roadmaps and align them with client objectives.
• Design and deliver solutions that incorporate Generative AI, automation frameworks, advanced analytics and cloud services.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Engage senior client stakeholders to capture business requirements and drive successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consulting or advisory roles delivering digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, automation and cloud.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead multidisciplinary teams.
