Senior Civil Designer – Land Infrastructure

About the role

Aurecon is seeking a Senior Civil Designer to lead land‑infrastructure projects in Manila. You will apply your expertise in civil design and 3D modelling to deliver high‑quality solutions for roads, carparks, earthworks, drainage, utilities, water and sewer systems, and pavements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review detailed civil design drawings, models and documentation using AutoCAD, 12d, Civil 3D and other tools.
• Develop and manage 3D models to support project execution.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including engineers, surveyors and planners—to ensure seamless delivery.
• Ensure designs comply with client specifications, ANZ standards, environmental and safety regulations.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments and technical reporting.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet timelines, budgets and quality targets.
• Mentor junior designers and review their work for technical accuracy.
• Liaise with ANZ‑based stakeholders and clients for project updates and reviews.
• Support tender preparation, cost estimation and technical proposals as needed.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary engineering qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of civil design experience, particularly in roads, carparks, earthworks, drainage, utilities and pavements.
• Proven ability to produce design documentation to ANZ or equivalent standards.
• Strong communication, teamwork and self‑motivation.
