Senior Benefits Analyst

About the role

The Senior Benefits Analyst will support RELX's Performance and Total Reward programs, helping to design, implement and communicate compensation and benefits policies that attract and retain top talent. This role combines data analysis, market research and HR technology expertise to ensure competitive and compliant reward structures.

Key responsibilities

• Support annual performance and compensation review processes, including planning, implementation, population verification and budgeting.
• Conduct complex HR studies, market surveys, job evaluations and benchmarking for the Philippines and assigned regions.
• Research emerging market trends, regulatory changes and employee benefits to advise on policy updates.
• Assess market‑relevant compensation and participate in off‑cycle salary adjustments.
• Prepare C&B proposals and provide data analytics for HR planning and people‑cost forecasting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3–5 years of experience as an analyst in finance, compensation & benefits or HR consulting.
• Hands‑on experience with HR technology platforms, especially Workday.
• Strong analytical and data‑mining abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a changing environment.
