Senior Associate – Audit

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Senior Associate to join our audit team. This position offers a clear path to a future managerial role and provides exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Execute audit procedures and review financial statements for accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and perform audit engagements in collaboration with managers and partners.
• Monitor overall engagement progress and ensure timely completion.
• Supervise and guide Associates throughout the audit process.
• Coordinate with clients to obtain necessary documents, schedules, and supporting information.
• Maintain adherence to established quality standards and timelines.
• Stay current with changes in accounting regulations, auditing standards, and industry practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Four to five years of experience in external audit.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Auditing Standards (PAS) and Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), as well as taxation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple audit engagements within deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
