Senior Associate, Aggregate Reporting Physician

About the role

The Senior Associate, Aggregate Reporting Physician will lead the review and analysis of safety data across multiple sources to identify and validate potential safety signals. Working within a global matrix team, the role supports post‑marketing surveillance strategies and contributes to the development of product‑specific medical safety assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Perform alert triage within predefined timelines by systematically reviewing case and aggregate safety data.
• Validate and support signal evaluation through analysis, interpretation, and summarisation of data from clinical studies, post‑marketing sources, medical literature, health authority and product quality databases.
• Assist in developing and implementing post‑marketing surveillance strategies and product‑specific safety assessments.
• Participate in cross‑functional matrix teams to address product‑specific safety issues.
• Support evaluation of novel, computer‑assisted tools and methodologies for safety data analysis.
• Track signal disposition and management activities using the designated tracking tool.
• Maintain documentation related to signal detection and management activities.

Required profile

• Board‑certified medical physician.
• At least one year of clinical experience or experience in pharmaceutical medicine (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high‑volume, critical workloads.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for presenting complex scientific data.
• Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a global, cross‑functional environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Computer‑literacy for data analysis and documentation.
