Occupational Health Nurse – International Mobility & Case Management

About the role

A Philippines‑registered nurse with occupational‑health expertise will independently manage international assignee fitness‑for‑work cases from intake to closure. The role involves reviewing medical documentation, following up on gaps, and communicating confidently with assignees, providers, and business stakeholders while maintaining accurate digital records.

Key responsibilities

• Manage MyFit medical cases end‑to‑end, including risk assessments, pre‑deployment reviews, surveillance planning and rapid deployment support.
• Check medical forms, laboratory/diagnostic results, fitness certificates, vaccination records and specialist reports for completeness, accuracy and validity.
• Follow up missing or unclear requirements with assignees and medical providers to keep cases progressing within expected timelines.
• Maintain complete, audit‑ready electronic case records using systems such as MyC/ORCA and case trackers.
• Coordinate with the MyFit Medical Team, Operations, Recruitment, providers, Assistance Centers and other stakeholders.
• Recognize medical or occupational‑health red flags and escalate appropriately.
• Protect medical confidentiality and handle sensitive health information through approved secure channels.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid Philippine PRC license.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong case‑management, documentation, follow‑up and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with digital systems and detailed medical records.
• Confident in professional communication with patients, doctors, clinics and corporate stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of confidentiality and medical‑data handling.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital case‑management platforms (e.g., MyC, ORCA).
• Ability to review and interpret medical documentation and laboratory results.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
