Senior Associate, Aggregate Reporting Physician

About the role

The Senior Associate, Aggregate Reporting Physician will guide report strategy, identify important safety concerns, and review medical safety content for regulatory submissions. This role works closely with Global Risk Assessment and Safety Physicians to ensure high‑quality aggregate reports.

Key responsibilities

• Provide medical and scientific judgment on efficacy and safety data, including PBRER‑PSURs and benefit‑risk evaluations.
• Review and contribute to strategy discussions, safety signal assessments, health authority feedback, and benefit‑risk conclusions.
• Coordinate hand‑offs and steps with Global Risk Assessment and Safety Physicians throughout the report authoring process.
• Review draft and final reports, record recommended revisions, and confirm completion in the appropriate systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with SOPs and work instructions.

Required profile

• Medical Physician qualification.
• At least one year of clinical experience or experience in pharmaceutical medicine (preferred).
• 1‑3 years of experience with pharmaceutical regulations and R&D processes.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage high workload, and proficiency in record‑keeping.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and ability to work independently in a global, cross‑functional environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
