Senior Art Director – Creative Services

About the role

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Creative Center of Excellence is looking for a Senior Art Director to lead visual and creative direction for high‑impact, on‑brand solutions across multiple media platforms. You will combine creative vision with strategic thinking to guide a team in delivering user‑centric, aesthetically strong collaterals that support EY’s brand and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own creative and visual direction for a wide range of formats, ensuring all outputs are on‑brand and user‑centric.
• Lead creative brainstorming sessions with stakeholders, content, and digital marketing teams.
• Develop concepts, storyboards and creative direction for multi‑channel projects.
• Coach and train the broader GDS Creative Services team to elevate design capability from execution to brand‑building strategy.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align creative work with business goals and EY’s purpose of building a better working world.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering memorable creative ideas that influence audience perception.
• Experience leading teams in creative agencies or in‑house brand environments, preferably on high‑visibility B2B campaigns.
• Strong aesthetic sense and design sensibility with the ability to elevate concepts across channels.
