Senior Analyst - Lending EU Deal Administration

About the role

As part of the Lending Services Team, you will handle the day-to-day processing requirements of the function, working closely with the department. Clients are mostly experienced and expect prompt, high-quality service, so employees must follow international rules on compliance and operational risk. The role uses experience in lending transactions to process routine operational tasks in a standard work environment, working with teams in Manila and with global business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and maintain transactional data of bilateral lending transactions in the applicable Lending system
• Process cash flows and (manual) fees and commissions from bilateral lending transactions
• Execute standard domestic and international payments
• Maintain Standard Settlement Instructions and global limits under Trade Financial Services transactions in the Lending system
• Process correspondence from lending transactions by letter or by SWIFT
• Approve and release processed bilateral lending transactions, including data, funding, fees, commissions and cash flows
• Approve and release correspondence, Standard Settlement Instructions and domestic and international payments
• Approve and release transactions against global limits under Trade Financial Services
