Senior Analyst, Finance Planning

About the role

Analog Devices, a global semiconductor company, is looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join its team in Cavite, Philippines. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that influence key business decisions. The role acts as a finance business partner and controller for assigned factories.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with Factory Managers and Operations teams to provide financial insights and guidance.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, and variance analysis activities.
• Monitor key cost drivers and operational metrics, recommending improvements to performance and profitability.
• Translate operational results into financial impacts and share findings with business stakeholders.
• Prepare regular financial and management reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, opportunities and business improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related Finance/Accounting course.
• At least 5 years of FP&A experience.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting.
• Preferred: CPA, experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industries, and experience in management reporting supporting operational leadership.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and Power BI.
• Business partnering, stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.
