Senior Accounts Payable Specialist – Remote Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to lead AP, treasury, reporting and team performance for our healthcare client. This full‑time remote position works night‑shift hours, provides weekends off and Day‑1 health coverage. You will collaborate with global finance teams and contribute to the financial health of a fast‑growing organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, vendor management and payment execution.
• Manage treasury functions such as cash positioning, bank reconciliations and short‑term funding.
• Prepare, consolidate and analyse monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Monitor team performance metrics, provide coaching, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Proven ability to lead accounts payable, treasury and reporting functions.
