Senior Accountant (Cebu Delivery Center)

About the role

Levi & Korsinsky LLP is launching a Delivery Center in Cebu and is looking for a Senior Accountant to build and run the accounting backbone. The role will design end‑to‑end accounting processes, enforce controls and ensure accurate reporting across multiple entities and currencies while working on US Eastern Time business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end accounting processes from transaction recording to financial reporting.
• Establish and enforce financial controls, documentation standards and audit‑readiness practices.
• Manage accounting operations for multiple entities, locations and currencies.
• Oversee accurate recording of transactions and completeness of supporting documentation.
• Drive month‑end close, reconciliations and reporting with minimal supervision.
• Build and maintain structured financial records for internal and external audits.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies or risks in current processes and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure consistency and compliance across locations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of accounting experience, preferably in shared services, professional services or global environments.
• Hands‑on experience setting up or improving end‑to‑end accounting processes.
• Proven ability to maintain audit‑ready records and support audits.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems.

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from PHP 80,000 to PHP 120,000.
