Senior Account Manager

About the role

The Senior Account Manager will lead strategic direction and retention for MedGrocer’s most significant corporate partnerships, advising C‑suite stakeholders and overseeing large‑scale healthcare program delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and execute long‑term account strategies for a high‑value portfolio of corporate partners to maximize retention and identify multi‑year growth opportunities.
• Serve as the primary strategic consultant for key stakeholders, providing data‑driven insights to optimize corporate clinic operations and telehealth integration.
• Lead high‑level negotiations and contract renewals, ensuring programs scale effectively to meet evolving organizational needs.
• Direct and develop a high‑performing team of account specialists, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in account management, strategic partnerships, or B2B client relations.
• Proven track record managing enterprise‑level accounts and leading complex project implementations.
• Demonstrated people‑management experience with a focus on coaching and developing talent.
• Ability to work onsite in Makati City.
