About the role

N'osairis Technology Solutions is seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to lead sales for the retail sector. Based in Bonifacio Global City, you will manage major retail clients, drive revenue growth, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients, acting as the primary contact for account management and strategic planning.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue and market share.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations for the retail industry.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Collaborate with product, delivery, and support teams to provide seamless service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and report progress to management.
• Conduct regular account reviews to assess satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities.
• Stay informed on retail trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to advise clients.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven experience in key account management or strategic sales, preferably in retail.
• Track record of managing large client accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of retail challenges, trends, and technology solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
