Seller Operations Projects Specialist – FBS Business Development

About the role

The Seller Operations Projects Specialist will drive improvements across our seller operations ecosystem, focusing on warehouse and logistics, billing, and dispute resolution. You will automate workflows, build reporting tools, and collaborate with product and operations teams to enhance seller performance on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects that streamline and automate seller operations, especially in warehouse, logistics, billing, and dispute handling.
• Design, develop, and maintain reporting systems to monitor operational KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Product and Seller Ops teams to refine features that support seller efficiency.
• Analyze operational data and provide actionable recommendations to help sellers boost performance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional implementation of process enhancements while balancing efficiency and seller needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or e‑commerce project management.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail in managing complex processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience using SQL or comparable BI tools to extract and visualize data.
• Familiarity with process automation tools.
