Security Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Security Engineer to design, develop and maintain our security platforms, cloud services and on‑premise solutions for clients. You will lead automation initiatives, integrate new SOC customers and ensure our services meet performance, capacity and availability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain security and technology platforms, systems and services.
• Lead automation projects for security within platform, cloud and on‑premise services.
• Translate complex architectures into platform‑specific requirements and designs.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, drive change and negotiate outcomes in complex environments.
• Identify risks in system deployments and propose mitigation strategies.
• Ensure systems meet capacity, performance and availability criteria.
• Maintain knowledge of emerging security solutions and contribute to corporate knowledge bases.
• Onboard and integrate new SOC clients into service processes.
• Develop and maintain purple‑team methodology and perform offensive red‑team activities as needed.
• Build DevOps capabilities to support automation across the services ecosystem.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of demonstrable experience in GRC or related security domains.
• 6‑10 years of experience in ICT or security roles.
• Two or more contemporary GRC certifications (or actively pursuing a second).
• Strong oral communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience managing short engagements and longer projects.
