Section Head, Supply Chain Planning

About the role

Allegro MicroSystems Philippines is seeking a Section Head to lead the Supply Chain Planning team. You will be responsible for scheduling, dispatching and ensuring on‑time delivery of semiconductor products across Probe, Assembly, Test and Subcontractor facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Set strategic objectives for the Planning Group and conduct monthly departmental reviews.
• Oversee end‑to‑end production scheduling, capacity alignment and order allocation using Oracle ERP.
• Maintain and update Planned Completion Dates, manage WIP, inventory and drive expedites with business justification.
• Validate performance metrics such as On‑Time Delivery, Line Performance Against Schedule and Cycle Time before reporting to global counterparts.
• Coordinate with global AML business units, local Operations, Logistics, Quality and Engineering to resolve delivery issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2‑5 years of production planning or materials management experience, preferably in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.
• Proven leadership ability to develop, coach and evaluate a team of planners.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills under pressure.

Required skills

• Hands‑on proficiency with Oracle ERP systems.
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Knowledge of 5S and ESD standards.
