SAP SuccessFactors Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Manager to lead digital HR projects for clients across Malaysia, South‑East Asia and globally. You will drive the delivery of SuccessFactors implementations, advise senior executives, and support the growth of the SAP practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of SuccessFactors and Digital HR advisory projects.
• Conduct business needs analysis, identify challenges and design solutions.
• Manage project financials, risks and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide SME guidance, connect teams with PwC’s global network and external partners.
• Support business development activities, including proposals, tenders and client presentations.
• Assist practice leadership with recruitment, capability building and mentorship.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing SAP SuccessFactors implementations or digital HR projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior executives.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams of 5‑10 members.
• Experience in financial management and risk mitigation for large projects.
• Willingness to contribute to practice growth and talent development.
