SAP SuccessFactors (EC) Manager

About the role

PWC is seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors (EC) Manager to lead digital HR projects for clients across Malaysia, Southeast Asia, and globally. You will drive successful implementations, provide expert guidance, and support business development within the SAP practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of SuccessFactors implementations and digital HR advisory services.
• Conduct business needs analysis, identify challenges, and design solutions.
• Manage project financials, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide SME advice, connect teams with global PwC resources, SAP community, and external partners.
• Support business development activities, including proposals, tenders, and client presentations.
• Assist practice leadership with recruitment and talent development.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading SAP SuccessFactors projects or functional teams.
• Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to design, build, test, and deploy solutions for digital HR teams.
• Experience with integration tools such as Integration Center and CPI.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP, Workforce Solutions, Docusign, and Centrical is a plus.
