SAP Master Data Governance Consultant

About the role

Accenture in the Philippines is hiring a Business & Integration consultant in its SAP Data Management practice in Cebu. The consultant focuses on designing and implementing strategies to transform an organization's buying and sourcing strategies, spending most of the time learning about and recommending strategies, processes and technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and deliver business transformation projects: run diagnostics and assessments, carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis, and execute client engagements such as operating model design and implementation.
• Develop strategies, high-level to-be processes and organizational designs, and put process and organizational changes into action, including change management.
• Lead teams through problem definition, issue identification and work plan development, and meet project deadlines.
• Manage client relationships, stakeholder communications and proposal drafting.
• Take part in practice building, including thought leadership, market offerings, IP and white papers, and prepare project case studies.

Required profile

• Solid experience in Master Data Management or Governance, preferably in consultancies or other industries.
• Previous consulting experience or exposure to internal project work.
• Academic qualification in Business, Economics, Engineering, Law or Science.
• Strong communication, leadership and planning skills, and willingness to travel.

Required skills

• SAP ABAP and RICEFW development or configuration for SAP MDG (workflows, BRF, FPM).
• Familiarity with SAP MDG data models, CVI, MDG architecture and deployment approaches.
• SAP BODS extraction, mapping and loading jobs.
• PSQL, LSMW, LTMC (Migration Cockpit) and Syniti ADM.
