SAP Manager – ABAP Cloud & S/4HANA Specialist

About the role

The SAP Manager will lead offshore development teams delivering enhancements, new projects and support for SAP solutions. Reporting to the Offshore Technical Manager, the role may involve occasional on‑shore delivery depending on client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) components for S/4HANA projects.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, solution engineers and experts to resolve issues and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Estimate effort, contribute to requirement analysis, design, build and test phases.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best‑practice coding standards.
• Ensure timely, on‑budget delivery while adhering to quality standards.

Required profile

• 7‑10+ years of SAP experience, preferably in S/4HANA implementation, conversion or custom code remediation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact with senior management and clients.
• Analytical mindset with a “clean core” approach.

Required skills

• ABAP Cloud, CDS, OData, Gateway, RESTful ABAP.
• IDOC, Adobe Forms/Fragmented Forms, ABAP OO, BOPF, ATC.
• Workflows, RICEFW development for S/4HANA.
• SAP BTP architecture, BAS, BTP Cockpit, Developer Extensibility (Embedded Steampunk), Cloud Foundry.
• SAPUI5, HTML5, Full‑Stack Web IDE.
