SAP Fiori Lead – Hybrid Night Shift

About the role

Avensys is seeking an experienced SAP Fiori Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of SAP Fiori applications for an S/4HANA Bluefield implementation. The position offers a hybrid work model with night‑shift hours, providing a balance between on‑site collaboration and remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the SAP Fiori strategy and implementation for S/4HANA Bluefield projects.
• Design and manage Fiori app architecture, catalogs, groups, and roles.
• Coordinate custom Fiori app development, enhancements, and launchpad setup.
• Ensure alignment with SAP standard content, UX best practices, and business requirements.
• Collaborate with functional, security, and technical teams throughout testing, UAT, and go‑live activities.
• Monitor and resolve Fiori‑related issues, performance bottlenecks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and guide Fiori developers and other team members.

Required profile

• Proven track record in SAP Fiori for S/4HANA implementations.
• Hands‑on experience with Fiori app activation, configuration, and launchpad management.
• Understanding of the SAP S/4HANA Bluefield implementation approach.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
