About the role
We are looking for a seasoned SAP BTP Technical Lead who will drive application development and support across multiple teams. The role combines deep technical expertise with the ability to mentor colleagues and align technical solutions with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide effective solutions to technical challenges for the immediate team and cross‑functional groups.
- Facilitate knowledge‑sharing sessions and training to raise overall team capability.
- Monitor application performance, diagnose issues, and implement performance improvements.
- Act as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in SAP BTP application development.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
- Experience with integration techniques and tools within the SAP ecosystem.
- Familiarity with cloud‑based application development and deployment strategies.
