About the role
Avensys is seeking an experienced SAP BTP Integration Suite (BTP IS) Platform Support Consultant to join its remote team in the Philippines. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of SAP integration environments for a diverse client base across banking, insurance, healthcare, retail and more.
Key responsibilities
- Provide 24x7 operational support for SAP BTP Integration Suite production environments.
- Monitor platform health, tenant availability, runtime services and integration components.
- Track and troubleshoot integration flows (iFlows), message payloads, runtime logs and exceptions.
- Manage incidents, problems, changes and service requests following ITIL best practices.
- Support deployment of integration packages across Development, QA and Production.
- Perform root‑cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend permanent fixes.
- Configure alerts, manage transport, certificate renewals and endpoint connectivity.
- Prepare operational reports, KPI dashboards and maintain runbooks and knowledge‑base articles.
Required profile
- 7+ years of SAP integration experience, specifically with SAP BTP Integration Suite / SAP CPI.
- Strong production support background in enterprise integration environments.
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba or similar SAP solutions.
- Proven troubleshooting skills across SAP and non‑SAP interfaces.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request Management).
- Ability to work in a 24x7 support model and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
