About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve training initiatives for our sales force. The role involves creating engaging learning experiences, conducting workshops, and ensuring the team’s product knowledge and selling skills are consistently elevated.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that address the specific needs of sales team members.
- Conduct interactive workshops and seminars to boost product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data to tailor learning solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, making data‑driven adjustments as required.
- Collaborate with management to align training objectives with overall company goals and sales strategies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in sales training or a comparable role.
- Strong leadership abilities and a genuine passion for developing others.
