Sales Support Coordinator – Data Reconciliation & Incentives

About the role

The Sales Support Coordinator will ensure accurate alignment between sales data in Salesforce and commission data in Xactly Incent. This role supports the sales team by maintaining data quality, handling commission queries, and contributing to process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Compare and reconcile sales data between Salesforce and Xactly Incent, investigating discrepancies.
• Maintain an Excel tracker for manual adjustments and agreed exceptions.
• Review daily error and reject logs and communicate concerns to the sales manager.
• Verify incentive statements for calculation accuracy, commission rates, and eligibility criteria.
• Keep sales team hierarchy up‑to‑date in Xactly, managing leavers, joiners, transfers, and compensation changes.
• Provide timely responses to sales representatives’ commission queries and ensure proper adoption of the query management process.
• Assist with ad‑hoc analytical reports, special projects, and process improvements related to sales compensation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or at least two years of college coursework completed.
• 1‑2 years experience in sales compensation, payroll, or financial analysis of revenue and sales data.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to continuously learn and take on a wide range of tasks.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (lookups, SUMIFS, pivots, etc.).
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Experience with Xactly Incent.
