Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will support the Sales Executive in driving outbound sales for RX Global Philippines. This role focuses on implementing sales strategies, monitoring pipelines, and motivating a team of Sales Executives to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Executive in setting and revising sales strategies to meet targets.
• Forecast quotas, monitor dashboard reports, and convert prospects into customers.
• Manage the event pipeline to ensure continuous prospect opportunities.
• Conduct cold‑calling and support Sales Executives in daily sales activities.
• Oversee performance and development of Sales Executives, providing coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders, Analysts, and the Sales Enablement Lead to execute sales plans.
• Prepare action plans for lead generation and prospecting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and activity standards.
