Sales Operations Manager

About the role

Salmon operates an offline network of 7,000 partner stores across the Philippines. The company seeks a manager to own all day‑to‑day operations for these locations, including procurement, storage, inventory management and material delivery. While core processes are already established, the network is expanding, requiring systematic improvements and scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end supply‑chain function: procurement, storage, inventory management and delivery of materials to stores.
• Manage a team of four Supply Chain Specialists based in the Philippines.
• Work with suppliers and logistics partners, reviewing terms, identifying alternatives and replacing contractors when needed.
• Control costs, plan material requirements and monitor inventory levels.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement systematic process improvements.
• Use metrics and data to make informed decisions and lead improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing and developing operational processes in supply‑chain, procurement, logistics, retail operations or a related field.
• Experience with large offline infrastructure such as stores, dark stores, pickup points or warehouses.
• Track record of building and improving procurement, inventory, storage or delivery processes.
• Experience collaborating with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Strong English communication skills for daily interaction with an English‑speaking team.
• Currently based outside Russia and Belarus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and analysis.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
