Sales Operations Manager

About the role

Salmon is a fast‑growing fintech building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia. The company operates an offline network of 7,000 partner stores in the Philippines and is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to own the end‑to‑end supply‑chain function that supports these locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement, storage, inventory management and material delivery for the partner‑store network.
• Manage a team of four Supply Chain Specialists based in the Philippines.
• Negotiate and review terms with suppliers and logistics partners, identify alternatives and replace contractors when needed.
• Control costs, forecast material requirements and ensure timely deliveries.
• Analyse recurring issues, identify root causes and implement systematic process improvements.
• Use metrics and data to drive decisions and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing and developing operational processes in supply chain, procurement, logistics or retail operations.
• Background working with large offline infrastructures such as stores, dark stores, pickup points or warehouses.
• Experience building and improving processes related to procurement, inventory, storage or delivery.
• Strong English communication skills for daily interaction with an English‑speaking team.
• Currently based outside Russia and Belarus.
