Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead and manage a sales team to achieve the company's revenue targets. This role involves strategic planning, team coaching, and close collaboration with marketing to generate leads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
• Set sales quotas and individual targets.
• Coach, motivate, and evaluate the sales team.
• Track performance and coordinate with marketing for lead generation.
• Recruit, train, and assess sales staff.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Analyze sales data and identify new market opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Preferred experience in sales of food products to secondary and tertiary markets.
• Minimum five years in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas.
• Excellent leadership and goal‑setting experience.
• Results‑oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Willingness to accept provincial assignments.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
