Sales Executive – Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue growth for BE Hotels and Resorts. You will identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and promote our hotel and resort offerings to corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and individual guests.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively research and outreach to acquire new clients and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate accounts, travel agents, event planners, and tour operators.
• Drive bookings for rooms, events, conferences, and other hotel services by promoting packages and offers.
• Create and present proposals and contracts tailored to client needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies.
• Conduct sales visits, presentations, and promotional events, negotiating rates and contracts.
• Collaborate with property sales, events, operations, and front‑office teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Prepare regular sales reports, track leads, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
