Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

CubeCube, an AI‑powered marketing platform, is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its remote team in the Philippines. You will be the first point of contact with prospective B2B customers, driving outbound outreach and qualifying leads for the sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Identify, research, and qualify potential B2B clients across target industries.
• Schedule meetings and product demos for senior sales representatives.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Consistently follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
• Achieve weekly and monthly outreach and appointment‑setting targets.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales development, cold calling, outbound sales, or business development.
• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably with hospitality, healthcare, or other service‑based sectors.
• Excellent verbal English with a neutral or international accent.
• Strong objection‑handling, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
