About the role
We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach. The role is fully remote and focuses on cold calling, emailing and LinkedIn prospecting to qualify leads for our sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high‑volume outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach to engage potential clients.
- Identify key decision‑makers, assess their needs and qualify leads as business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team with high‑quality prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads and feedback in the CRM system.
- Share insights and feedback with the team to improve outreach strategies.
Required profile
- Goal‑oriented and motivated to meet and exceed targets.
- Resilient and adaptable, able to handle rejection positively.
- Strong English communication skills with minimal accent.
- Quick learner eager to adopt new sales techniques and tools.
- Passionate about sales and continuous growth.

What we offer
- Full‑time remote position (9 AM‑5 PM EST / 10 PM‑6 AM PH time).
- Monthly salary USD 650‑700.
