Sales Associate – Interior Design Solutions

About the role

ILI Interior Inc. is seeking a proactive Sales Associate to support its interior design business, which includes custom curtains, furniture, reupholstery, linens, motorized systems, and fit‑out services for residential, hotel and commercial clients. The role involves handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating project details to ensure smooth delivery and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, Viber, social media and walk‑ins, maintaining a professional and courteous tone.
• Prepare and format accurate quotations for curtains, furniture, reupholstery, linens and related interior products.
• Coordinate with management, production and suppliers to gather pricing, measurements and material details.
• Follow up on pending quotations, proposals, purchase orders and approvals, updating status regularly.
• Research and generate leads among hotels, developers, offices, restaurants, designers and homeowners; assist with cold calls and email outreach.
• Support marketing activities such as newsletters, social media posts and project documentation.
• Assist in scheduling site inspections, measurements, material presentations, deliveries and installations.
• Maintain organized sales documents, client records, project photos and approval files.
