Sales Assistant Manager – Manufacturing (Tanauan, Batangas)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Assistant Manager to support our Sales Manager in driving growth for our factory automation and industrial equipment portfolio. Based in Tanauan, Batangas, you will work onsite with cross‑functional teams to serve existing B2B customers and capture new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet company targets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with current corporate accounts while prospecting new clients.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and handle customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with production, logistics and other departments to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Track sales performance, generate reports, forecasts and market analyses.
• Conduct client visits, presentations and business meetings.
• Support entry into new markets and the creation of new customer accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Industrial Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development or account management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in B2B sales and handling corporate accounts.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, products and industrial markets (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated customer relationship management and problem‑solving skills.
