About the role
The Sales Assistant will work closely with the Field Sales Supervisor to help generate sales of medical supplies to hospitals. This position provides essential support during field sales activities, ensuring smooth operations and effective customer interactions. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, handling documentation, and ensuring that all sales activities comply with company procedures. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and interacting with healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Field Sales Supervisor in driving sales of medical supplies to hospital clients.
- Follow up on sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Support product demonstrations and coordinate invitations for customer meetings.
- Provide non‑technical assistance for the preparation of bidding documents.
- Perform related sales and marketing tasks, including routine office paperwork.
