Sales Ambassador – Motorcycle Loans (Cebu)

About the role

As a Sales Ambassador for Salmon Moto Loans, you will be the front‑line representative in partner dealer stores across Cebu, guiding walk‑in customers through the motorcycle loan process and ensuring a smooth hand‑over of the vehicle.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively approach walk‑in customers in dealer stores, explain loan features, terms and benefits, and answer queries.
• Assist customers in completing the Salmon Agent App loan application, ensuring accurate data entry and collection of IDs and supporting documents.
• Prepare and verify all paperwork for the vehicle release, confirm the motorcycle’s condition, and set up branding materials for the release event.
• Monitor motorcycle inventory at assigned dealers, track sales, deliveries and transfers, and report status to the Head Office inventory manager.
• Build strong relationships with branch managers and dealer staff to coordinate loan processing and align dealer operations with Salmon procedures.
• Ensure compliance with KYC and documentation standards, safeguard documents for back‑office processing, and flag any discrepancies or potential fraud.
